Prototype to Production Path
When you are iterating fast, you do not want to re-explain the project every time. Working with the same provider keeps continuity across revisions, questions, and repeat orders.
Stage 1. Prototype Iterations
Order early parts for fit and function testing. Get help choosing between FDM and SLA and adjusting design for strength and tolerance.
Stage 2. Bridge Builds
Run small batches for pilot units, demos, and internal builds. Keep the same process and material choices as you move from one offs to small runs.
Stage 3. Repeat Orders and Spares
Reorder stable parts as you support testers and early customers. Use the same partner as volumes grow and designs settle.

Weekly Iteration Schedule

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if I don’t know which 3D printing technology to choose?
No problem. Our team has over 12 years of hands-on experience and will guide you step by step. Just send your file and goals we’ll help you select the best material and process for your startup.
2. How fast can I get parts printed? Can you 3D print next day?
Standard lead times are 1 to 3 business days for FDM and SLA. Next business day rush may be available when you upload and order before 12 PM ET. You will see an estimate for your specific parts in the instant quoting system when you upload your models.
3. Can I speak with a real expert before ordering?
