Confidentiality And NDA Handling

We treat customer files and project information as confidential and use reasonable care to maintain that confidentiality. Customer-submitted files are used for quoting, order fulfillment, and related customer support.

If you need an NDA in place before sharing files, please contact your account manager at sales@upsideparts.com before sending your files.

​

Our 3D printing work is handled in-house, which helps keep communication direct and limits unnecessary handoffs during quoting and production.

Pre-Production Review

Before production starts, we review each order for basic production readiness and for any obvious issues that may require clarification before printing begins.

​

This review may include the selected process, material choice, part geometry, and any project notes provided with the order. If we identify something that may affect the order, we will reach out before moving forward.

​

If your part has important fit, assembly, cosmetic, or use-related requirements, please let us know before production begins so those requirements can be reviewed early.

​

This helps our team assess the order with the intended use in mind and identify concerns before the part moves into production.

​

If a project needs added attention beyond a standard order workflow, please raise that during quoting or before order confirmation so expectations can be reviewed in advance.

Standard Quality Checks

Our standard workflow includes internal checks to help make sure the order matches the quoted process and the intended production setup.

​

These checks include a review of the order details, revision matching, visual review, and final review before shipment or pickup.

​

Because each order is different, the exact review steps may vary based on the process, geometry, finishing requirements, and any special instructions provided before production.

If There Is A Production Issue

If you believe there is a production issue with your order, please contact us and include the order details, a short description of the issue, and photos when possible.

​

Our team will review the issue based on the quoted requirements, the selected process and material, and any project-specific notes that were agreed before production.

​

If a valid issue is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate resolution for the order.
